My mom makes this; her recipe is called Christmas Morning Rolls, and as the name indicates, she makes it every Christmas eve, lets it thaw and rise on the counter overnight, and bakes and serves it on Christmas morning along with an egg casserole. As she has done this for many years, it has become a tradition in our family to gather at her house for Christmas morning breakfast.
