Puerto Rican Dry Adobo Seasoning Recipe
Adobo simply means "seasoning mix" and every spanish speaking country has their own. This is a seasoning mix used in Puerto Rico. You can put it on everything from rice and beans to meats and eggs.

Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp Onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp cumin
  • 2 Tbsp saffron
  • 2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp coriander
  • 1 Tbsp dried cilantro

Directions
  1. Mix all the spices together and put in a sealed container.
  2. Sprinkle on all your food while cooking

I am all about adobo my dauhter wont eat food with out in it.i am going to send her this recipe so she can make her own nothing aginst goya but this is so much eaiser and better. thanks
