Cheese and Bacon Jalapeno Rellenos

Add spice to your day, with this stuff cheese jalapeno pepper...YUMMY !!
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 18 jalapeno peppers, halved, seeds and membranes removed shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, cilantro and garlic until well blended.
- SPOON evenly into peppers. Place, filled sides up, on baking sheet.
- BAKE 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
