Jerusalem Cheesecake

- 200 g couscous shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 50 g butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1 pinch of salt shopping list
- hot water shopping list
- For the filling: shopping list
- 500 g quark shopping list
- 150 g cream cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- zest of 1 lemon shopping list
- 3 tablespoon honey shopping list
How to make it
- Soak couscous in hot water, stir in salt, butter and honey. Set aside for 20 minutes. Stir in eggs. For the filling whisk quark, cream cheese, eggs, honey and lemon zest together. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place baking paper in a round form, place half of the couscous on the bottom, add the filling and cover with the rest of the couscous. Bake for about 40 minutes. From lemon juice and honey cook a syrup, serve with chopped nuts.
