Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Finely grated rind of 2 or 3 limes
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice ( try key lime )

Directions
  1. Mix milk, cream, and sugar for a few minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add rind and juice and stir to mix.
  3. Chill well
  4. Freeze in ice cream machine according to directions
