How to make it

  • Combine flour, salt and pepper and dredge chickn in the mixture.
  • Saute chicken in a heavy skillet or elecltric skillet in the shortening until browned.
  • Remove chicken to a paper towell to drain and rest.
  • Saute onion, peppers and garlic for a few minutes until aromatic and then stir in catcup, water, steak sauce and raisins.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and simmer at 250 degrees or on low heat for 30-40 minutes,or until chicken is tender, basting occasionally.
  • Serve with rice
