Curried Buffet Chicken Recipe

	main chicken curried butter dijon mustard honey garlic

Ingredients

8 boneless chicken breasts

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

1/2 cup honey

2 teaspoons curry powder

2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Melt butter in pan then add remaining ingredients except chicken and stir until smooth.

Place chicken in a single layer in baking dish.

Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 basting occasionally.

Garnish with parsley or watercress.
