Ingredients

1 large clove garlic, minced

2 large jalapeno peppers (or to taste), seeded & chopped finely

1/2 c. cilantro, minced

1 medium onion, chopped

3 c. chopped green tomatoes

4 T. cider vinegar

1/2 t. sugar

1 t. salt

1/4 t. pepper

Directions

Place all in food processor & process to desired consistency.

Serve with corn chips or with favorite foods.
