Chili Pepper Casserole

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup baking mix shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 8 ounces canned roasted and peeled green chilies shopping list
- 2 cups tomatoes chopped shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs, milk, baking mix and salt until foamy.
- Remove stems and seeds from chilies then rinse in water.
- Place in greased baking dish and top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese then pour egg mixture over top and bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
