Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a round pie pyrex place ground chocolate cookies with the margarine, mix and press down with spoon to form crust.
  • Filling: Place lucuma, condensed milk, colapez (flavourless jello), cream cheese and crema chantilly in blender)
  • Blend until its completely mixed and then pour into crust (i like to taste it before i pour it into the crust just in case it needs anything)
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours
  • ****I suggest you serve this with some hot fudge sauce...just drizzle a bit on top...but its also absolutely delicious as is****

Lucuma is a delicately flavored tropical fruit native to the cool highlands of coastal valleys in Peru. See also canistel or egg fruit

The cream chantilly I'm familair with is sort of like Creme Anglaise, not whipped cream
