Ingredients

For Crust:

24 chocolate cookies, ground (any chocolate cookie of your preference, I put in 12 oreos and 12 regular chocolate cookies)

1/2 cup of margarine

For Filling:

1 can condensed milk

250 gr. cream cheese (1 block)

4 medium lucumas

1 cup crema chantilly (I believe this is light whipped cream)

3 sheets of colapez or 6 gr. if its powdered (flavourless jello - about 3 tsps for each sheet, so 9 tsps)

Directions

In a round pie pyrex place ground chocolate cookies with the margarine, mix and press down with spoon to form crust.

Filling: Place lucuma, condensed milk, colapez (flavourless jello), cream cheese and crema chantilly in blender)

Blend until its completely mixed and then pour into crust (i like to taste it before i pour it into the crust just in case it needs anything)

Refrigerate for 2 hours

****I suggest you serve this with some hot fudge sauce...just drizzle a bit on top...but its also absolutely delicious as is****
