How to make it

  • Open clams putting them in a covered pan.
  • Brown the onion in plentiful oil. Unite parsley, minced garlic and oregano.
  • Vanish with wine and then make evaporate half to high fire.
  • Add tomato sauce, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Join clams and use to season pasta.
