Hurricane Fruit Salad

This is incredible. I had this at a baby shower recently and had to have the recipe, it is so refreshing and so tasty.

Mix all ingredients except coconut and lettuce.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
Place lettuce leaves on a plate then spoon mixture onto lettuce and garnish with coconut.
