Summer Chiffonade Salad

- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce shopping list
- 2 cups shredded radicchio shopping list
- 2 cups shredded arugula or watercress shopping list
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced bulb onion shopping list
- 2 teaspoons spicy mustard shopping list
- 2 teaspoon san remo salsina shopping list
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoons alt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine romaine, radicchio and watercress then slice onion in a bowl.
- In another bowl combine mustard and salsina.
- Stir in the vinegar then slowly add olive oil.
- Add dressing to the salad and toss until well combined then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve on chilled plates if desired.
