Coconut Cream Pie

If you like coconut you'll love this
Ingredients
- 3 eggs separated shopping list
- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch (rounded) shopping list
- 1 3/4 c. milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. coconut shopping list
- 1 tsp.coconut flavoring shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg yokes and add 2 teaspoons of cold water and beat with fork
- Add sugar and cornstarch.
- Gradually add milk
- Cook until thick
- Fold in coconut and coconut flavoring
- Put in baked pie shell
- Cover with meringue useing the 3 egg whites
- Bake at 325 until brown
