How to make it

  • Beat egg yokes and add 2 teaspoons of cold water and beat with fork
  • Add sugar and cornstarch.
  • Gradually add milk
  • Cook until thick
  • Fold in coconut and coconut flavoring
  • Put in baked pie shell
  • Cover with meringue useing the 3 egg whites
  • Bake at 325 until brown
