How to make it

  • Blend cashews with small amount of water until smooth.
  • Blend remaining ingredients, except parsleyand a handfull of diced cauliflower.
  • Stir in cauliflower chunks.
  • Pour into soup kettle and thicken on stove.
  • Serve garnished with parsley.
