How to make it

  • In meduim bowl stir together juice and zest with sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in milk.
  • Pour into a 9x9" dish and place in a freezer,stirring once when it begins to harden. Continue to freeze until firm approx 2 hours.
  • Or pour into the freezer container of an ice cream maker n freeze according to manufactuers directions.

    This is not lemon Ice when you added milk you changed the recipe. Maybe you should call it lemon milkshake ala Taylorsue
