Ingredients
  • bonless chicken thighs (so juice and moist, cant be beat)
  • spicy maranide:
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 lime
  • about 5 tbsp fav, oil
  • 1 can chippoltes and adobo sauce
  • small bunch fresh celantro
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt( i use smoked salt this when its raining and cant use barby.) and pepper
  • i small jar pickled jalipenos

Directions
  1. for maranide:
  2. juice and zest citrus mix with oil salt pepper cumin cilantro just the peppers none of their pickling juice and the whole can chippotly
  3. put it all in a large zip bag with chicken and let stnd in fridge. for up too two hours
  4. i like to cook this on the barby.
