this is a dish that its okay to cry for!!
Ingredients
- bonless chicken thighs (so juice and moist, cant be beat) shopping list
- spicy maranide: shopping list
- 2 lemons shopping list
- 1 lime shopping list
- about 5 tbsp fav, oil shopping list
- 1 can chippoltes and adobo sauce shopping list
- small bunch fresh celantro shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- salt( i use smoked salt this when its raining and cant use barby.) and pepper shopping list
- i small jar pickled jalipenos shopping list
How to make it
- for maranide:
- juice and zest citrus mix with oil salt pepper cumin cilantro just the peppers none of their pickling juice and the whole can chippotly
- put it all in a large zip bag with chicken and let stnd in fridge. for up too two hours
- i like to cook this on the barby.
