How to make it

  • Rinse the rice.
  • In a medium saucepan, bring the water, rice, and coconut milk to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Once boiling, stir frequently until all of the water/milk has been absorbed by the rice.
  • Turn off the heat, and place a lid on the saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
