How to make it

  • Grease a microwave safe flat dish with little oil.
  • Beat all the ingredients of Dhokla together. Pour the ingredients into the greased dish.
  • Microwave (covered) at 80% power for 6 min.
  • When ready, pour half cup of water on dhokla and cover it.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave all the ingredients (except chopped coriander leaves) for 3 min.
  • Spread the tempering evenly on dhokla and cut into pieces.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve with sweet chutney
