  • FOR DHOKLA
  • Curd - half cup
  • Water - half cup
  • Gram flour - half cup
  • Soda-bi-carbonate - half tsp
  • Turmeric powder - half tsp
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Fruit salt - 1 tsp
  • Salt and green chilli - to taste
  • FOR TEMPERING
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Green chillies - 8 (slit)
  • Curry leaves - 5

Directions
  1. FOR DHOKLA
  2. Grease a microwave safe flat dish with little oil.
  3. Beat all the ingredients of Dhokla together. Pour the ingredients into the greased dish.
  4. Microwave (covered) at 80% power for 6 min.
  5. When ready, pour half cup of water on dhokla and cover it.
  6. FOR TEMPERING
  7. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave all the ingredients (except chopped coriander leaves) for 3 min.
  8. Spread the tempering evenly on dhokla and cut into pieces.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  10. Serve with sweet chutney
