spicy salad

a side order served with roasts, curries or simply enjoyed on its own
Ingredients
- this is based on your taste for spcicy shopping list
- finely chop one medium onion, green chillie, firm tomatoe shopping list
- handful of corriander, handful of mint shopping list
- tsp of salt, grind of pepper shopping list
- 2tblsp of honey shopping list
- handful of cashew nuts(or any nut your prefer) shopping list
- 1 medium cucumber shopping list
How to make it
- add all the above ingredients and serve with traditional roasts and or curries.
- a variation of the dish would be to substitue cucumber for boiled potatoes.
- Alternatively the mixture can be used as a marinade for chicken/fish or red meat.
