German Potato Salad

- 5 lb bad of red potatoes (never realized these make a difference, they’re not as dry) shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 lb of bacon (I usually use 1 and 1/2 lb ) shopping list
- Chop up some onion, celery and carrots if you’d like (I just grated some on top) shopping list
- 1 container of sour cream (the taller one...is it 8oz or 16oz?) shopping list
- 1-2 tablespoons of mayonaise, also to taste, if you like more or less shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and peel potatoes
- Boil eggs and cut up into chucks
- Fry bacon extra crispy and crunch up in a paper towel into bits
- Combine the above in bowl
- Mix up sour cream and mayonaise separately and add to to the potatoes, gently mix so as to not mush up the potatoes.
- Wala, enjoy!
