Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook and peel potatoes
  • Boil eggs and cut up into chucks
  • Fry bacon extra crispy and crunch up in a paper towel into bits
  • Combine the above in bowl
  • Mix up sour cream and mayonaise separately and add to to the potatoes, gently mix so as to not mush up the potatoes.
  • Wala, enjoy!
