Ingredients
  • 400 g / 1 lb sausage
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2½ dl / 1 cup cooking cream (I use ordinary cream)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions
  1. Cut the sausage into bite-size pieces
  2. Chop the onion and brown with butter in a pan
  3. Add the sausages and let them brown
  4. Add the tomato puree and cream and let it simmer a few minutes
  5. Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle over the parsley
  6. Serve with rice or pasta
