Sausage Stroganoff

- 400 g / 1 lb sausage shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 3 tbsp tomato puree shopping list
- 2½ dl / 1 cup cooking cream (I use ordinary cream) shopping list
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the sausage into bite-size pieces
- Chop the onion and brown with butter in a pan
- Add the sausages and let them brown
- Add the tomato puree and cream and let it simmer a few minutes
- Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle over the parsley
- Serve with rice or pasta
