Fresh Tuscan Rosemary Wet Rub

- 1/4c fresh rosemary leaves shopping list
- 1/4c fresh parsley leaves shopping list
- 2Tbs fresh oregano leaves shopping list
- 4 fresh sage leaves shopping list
- 2 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 2Tbs kosher salt shopping list
- 2Tbs fresh cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1/2c extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Use a knife to finely chop the herbs and garlic together. Transfer to a bowl,then stir in the salt,pepper and oil. Alternately,combine all ingredients but the oil in a food processor. With the processor running,drizzle in the oil. Makes 11/2 cups

Hi pleclare, This looks really good. We love grilling in summer, and are always on the lookout for great recipes to perk up the meat. How long would you put this on for before grilling? I've never really used rubs so I"m in unfamiliar territory here....more
