Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a bowl, blend all the wet ingredients
  • Slowly add the dry, mixing well
  • Be sure the batter is the consistency of thick cake batter
  • I prefer Crisco, but have your choice of oil hot and ready
  • Drop by teaspoons into the hot skillet, I prefer iron
  • Brown until golden turning once
  • Drain on paper towel
