Mandarin Beef Or Venison Stir-fry

- 1 c. orange juice shopping list
- 1/2 c. soy sauce shopping list
- 2 T. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 c. ground ginger shopping list

- 1 lb. round steak, or venison, cut into thin strips shopping list
- _____________________ shopping list
- 2 c. snow peas, thawed shopping list
- 1 med. onion cut into wedges shopping list
- 1 med. green pepper, julienned shopping list
- 1c. sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 2 T. veg. oil shopping list
- _____________________ shopping list
- 1 can (11 oz ) mandarin oranges, drained shopping list
- 2 T. cornstarch shopping list
- _____________________ shopping list
- Hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, reserving half marinade.
- Add meat strips to other half of marinade, cover & frig. for 15mins.
- (I like to marinate the meat overnight)

- In lg. skillet or wok, Stir fry veggies 2 mins. in oil, remove & keep warm.
- Drain meat, stir fry till no pink.
- Add oranges and reserved vegetables

- Combine reserved marinade and cornstarch until smooth; add to skillet.
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 mins. or until thickened.
- Serve over rice.
