Baby Back Ribs Recipe
This is my own way of cooking baby back ribs. Don't like heavy bbq sauce on them. Will do the best I can with the recipe.

Ingredients
  • 3lbs. baby back ribs
  • Yosheda gourmet sauce
  • ah-so chinese red sauce
  • hoisin sauce(optional

Directions
  1. Remove membrane from ribs. Marinate in yosheda gourmet sauce several hours or overnight. Place ribs and marinade in baking dish and add a little water to thin slightly. Bake at 300 or so for about an hour(if sauce drys out,add a lttle water and baste with it)
  2. After the hour or so,spread some ah-so sauce or combination of ah-so and hoisin on the ribs. Boost the oven temp to 350 and bake additional 20-30 mins till they glaze. Alternatively for the last step,you can finish on med heat on grill 10 mins or so.

I love Yosheda's gourmet sauce. I'm going to try this on my ribs. Use it all the time on my tri-tip.
