Baby Back Ribs

- 3lbs. baby back ribs shopping list
- Yosheda gourmet sauce shopping list
- ah-so chinese red sauce shopping list
- hoisin sauce(optional shopping list
How to make it
- Remove membrane from ribs. Marinate in yosheda gourmet sauce several hours or overnight. Place ribs and marinade in baking dish and add a little water to thin slightly. Bake at 300 or so for about an hour(if sauce drys out,add a lttle water and baste with it)
- After the hour or so,spread some ah-so sauce or combination of ah-so and hoisin on the ribs. Boost the oven temp to 350 and bake additional 20-30 mins till they glaze. Alternatively for the last step,you can finish on med heat on grill 10 mins or so.
