lemon pepper couscous

- 2 cups dry couscous shopping list
- 2 cups hot water (I would recommend using the juice from the chickpeas and making up the difference with water) shopping list
- 2 cans chick peas shopping list
- 1 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 dash lemon-pepper seasoning to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Add the hot water and margarine to the couscous. Stir until mixed completely.
- Microwave for 2 minutes. Add chickpeas and lemon pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Microwave another 2 minutes until heated through.
