How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Season both sides of cod fillets with salt and black pepper, to taste, then place in lightly oiled baking dish. In blender or food processor, combine remaining ingredients and process to a thick, sauce-like consistency. Cover fillets with sauce mixture and bake uncovered until done, about 8 to 10 minutes.

    You know the diffrence between the Oregano's .. the Mexican is so much better.. I have it growing in a pot on my patio..
