Ingredients

125 grams butter

2 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 cup cake flour

1/2 cup SRF

1 cup chopped,unsalted,toasted,macadamia nuts

1 cup shredded coconut

3/4 oats

200g white chocolate,chopped

Directions

beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy

add essence and egg

add rest of ingredients

make small balls,flatten slightly

bake @180 until golden brown

cool and enjoy with a nice hot cup of cuppaccino..............:}
