How to make it

  • Break crackers into halfs . Ice one half n top with other one. This makes quite a few, but they are a yummy n quick cookie.
  • I make a Peanutbutter icing n use the chocolate graham crackers also.

    Like Jennywren, my mom used to make these, too. She'd use whatever leftover icing she'd have from baking a cake and would make little sandwiches with graham crackers.     My Mom use to make something similiar in the summer.She would make a confectioners sugar icing,using the sugar,butter,vanilla and milk.
    They were so good,she kept them in the fridge.
    Thanks for bringing back a fond memory.
