Easy to make crowd pleaser. Great for a potluck dinner.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. of hamburger meat.
  • 1 med. onion finely chopped.
  • 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese.
  • 1 pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns.
  • 1 16 oz carton sour cream.
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown hamburger meat and onion drain well.
  3. Combine all the ingredients mixing well (use your hands).
  4. Spray a casserole dish with pam and spoon in the mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
  6. serve with fresh green beans or broccoli.
