This is really tasty but rich with the sour cream. I usually serve it over noodles with a salad and rolls. Can easily be doubled for more.

In Brasil we eat the stroganoff over white steamed rice, and shoestring potatoes on the side which is really good, too!!! And instead using sour cream we use Media Crema which is not as sour.
