We tried this cocktail at Disney World's Pleasure Island... They shared the recipe. It's easy to make and always a hit with those who like "sweet" drinks.

Ingredients
- 1 oz coconut rum
- ½ ounce banana liqueur
- ½ ounce melon liqueur, such as Midori
- 4 oz. pineapple juice
- splash Grenadine
- splash club soda
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice or tall glass.
- Top with a splash of club soda or sparkling water.
- Enjoy!
