How to make it

  • Crush the four bananas and add lemon juice; set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks*, the sweetened condensed milk, sugar, whipping cream and whole milk.
  • Then add the salt and vanilla extract.
  • Freeze this mix in an ice cream freezer and when thick add the prepared bananas and continue to freeze.
  • * Because the eggs are not cooked (though the lemon juice aids in the partial cooking) you may use substitute egg located in the diary section of the market.
