Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons SPLENDA Granulated
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chile garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 oz cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 2 oz dry soba noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens

Directions
  1. Place ginger, Splenda, ketchup, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, and remove from heat.
  3. Add lime juice and mix well.
  4. Stir in shrimp and noodles.
  5. Divide greens between 2 bowls, and top with noodle and shrimp mixture.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
