THis is the best Cranberry salad you will ever taste,I got this recdipe from a friend and its GREAT!

Ingredients
  • 1 qt fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
  • peeling of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 lb reg sized marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup sugar
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1 box of orange jello

Directions
  1. grind up cranberries and marshmallows
  2. add sugar,fruit,and nuts,drain pineapple
  3. dissolve orange jello in boiling water
  4. mix everything together and refrigerate
  5. ___________________________________________________
  6. Heres a quick version if you are in a hurry........................
  7. 2 pkgs lemon jello
  8. 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  9. 2 cups water
  10. 2 3oz pkgs cream cheese
  11. 3/4 cup crushed pineapple
  12. 1 cup chopped pecans
  13. 1/2 pint whipping cream
  14. dissolve jello in hot water.
  15. mix in the rest of the ingredients
  16. whip the cream
  17. pour into a mould and refrigerate
