How to make it

  • Mix jello and water. Chill until thick and sryupy.
  • Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add pineapple to Jello along with marshmallows and bananas. Chill in 9x12 pan until firm.
  • In the meantime: Cook and stir until thick; reserved juice, egg, butter, flour and sugar. Cool completely.
  • Spread over Jello, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cut into squares and serve.
