Pavlova In Fruit Paradise

- 4 egg whites shopping list
- 1 C caster sugar shopping list
- 3tsp cornflour and 1 tsp white vinegar shopping list
- 3 kiwi fruits , 1 punnet strawberries - siced shopping list
- 1 passionfruit pulp shopping list
- 1 C whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven at 150 deg .
- Beat egg whites until peaks form .
- Add sugar slowly while continue beating until it is dissolved .
- Fold in vinegar and cornflour .
- Cut a 20 cm circle on a baking paper .
- Put in a baking tray and spread the meringue on the paper .
- Shape it evenly , making furrows on the edge .
- Bake for 40 mins or until pale and crisp .
- Leave it in the oven to cool with the door ajar .
- ( Can keep this for 6 hours )
- Spread whipped cream and top with fruits .
- Drizzle with passiuon fruit pulp and serve .
- ( Once decorated serve within an hour )
