How to make it

  • Pre heat oven at 150 deg .
  • Beat egg whites until peaks form .
  • Add sugar slowly while continue beating until it is dissolved .
  • Fold in vinegar and cornflour .
  • Cut a 20 cm circle on a baking paper .
  • Put in a baking tray and spread the meringue on the paper .
  • Shape it evenly , making furrows on the edge .
  • Bake for 40 mins or until pale and crisp .
  • Leave it in the oven to cool with the door ajar .
  • ( Can keep this for 6 hours )
  • Spread whipped cream and top with fruits .
  • Drizzle with passiuon fruit pulp and serve .
  • ( Once decorated serve within an hour )
