Easy Millefeuilles

- 2 packets of sfogliatine biscuits (or bake your own puff pastry) shopping list

- cinnamon, to sprinkle on top shopping list

How to make it
- To assemble the millefeuilles, place one layer of biscuits in a rectangle bowl and pour a layer of cream over it.
- Add a second layer of biscuits and a second layer of cream. (Some times I add only one layer).
- When the cream cools down, add a layer of whipping cream, crumble about two biscuits on top or collect the broken ones as they are very delicate and sprinkle some icing sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Refrigerate at least one hour before eating.
