  • COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND FILL IN GREASED MOLDS (OR 1 # COFFEE CANS ).STEAM 5 HOURS.
  • SERVE WARM WITH BRANDY SAUCE, FLAMING!!!! ( TO FLAME !! WARM A SMALL AMT OF BRANDY ON A SPOON OVER A CANDLE FLAME.
  • SLIGHTLY TILT THE SPOON UNTIL THE BRANDY IGNITES, THEN SPRINKLE OVER HOT PUDDING…. AND MAKE A WISH!!!!!!! I LIKE EXTRA SAUCE PLEASE!!!!

  • 1/2 - CUP SUGAR
  • 1 -TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH
  • 2 -3 TABLESPOONS BRANDY
  • 1 -CUP BOILING WATER
  • DASH OF NUTMEG
  • DASH OF SALT
  • 2 -TABLESPOONS BUTTER
  • *******************************
  • MIX THE SUGAR AND CORNSTARCH;
  • ADD THE BOILING WATER AND A PINCH OF SALT AND BOIL UNTIL THICK AND CLEAR.
  • CONTINUE COOKING OVER HOT WATER FOR 20 MINUTES.
  • BEAT IN THE BUTTER, BRANDY AND NUTMEG.
  • SERVE HOT OVER THE PUDDING …….
