  • SOAK OVERNIGHT…….
  • 3 CUPS ORANGE JUICE
  • 1 BOX RAISINS (GOLDEN) OR REGULAR 15 OUNCES
  • 1 CUP MIXED CANDIED FRUITS
  • 3 SOUR APPLES (GRANNY SMITH) - CHOPPED FINE
  • 1 PINT OF BRANDY AND EXTRA TO SIP WHILE MAKING THIS HAHAHA.
  • RIND OF 2 LEMONS
  • *******************************************
  • MIX…………
  • 5 CUPS OF BREAD CRUMBS
  • 3 CUPS BEEF SUET, CHOPPED FINE
  • 3 CUPS OF FLOUR
  • 3 TEASPOONS CINNAMON
  • 1-1/2 TEASPOONS ALLSPICE
  • 1-1/2 TEASPOONS GROUND CLOVES
  • 3 TEASPOONS SALT
  • **********************************************
  • MIX THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS;
  • 1-1/2 CUPS OF SUGAR
  • 3 CUPS MOLASSES
  • 9 EGGS
  • ************************
  • ADD……….
  • 1/2 POUND BLANCES ALMONDS
  • 1/2 POUND ENGLISH WALNUT MEATS
  • YIELDS ABOUT 10 -( 1 POUND COFFEE CANS OR SMALL MOLDS).

Directions
  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND FILL IN GREASED MOLDS (OR 1 # COFFEE CANS ).STEAM 5 HOURS.
  2. SERVE WARM WITH BRANDY SAUCE, FLAMING!!!! ( TO FLAME !! WARM A SMALL AMT OF BRANDY ON A SPOON OVER A CANDLE FLAME.
  3. SLIGHTLY TILT THE SPOON UNTIL THE BRANDY IGNITES, THEN SPRINKLE OVER HOT PUDDING…. AND MAKE A WISH!!!!!!! I LIKE EXTRA SAUCE PLEASE!!!!

  7. 1/2 - CUP SUGAR
  8. 1 -TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH
  9. 2 -3 TABLESPOONS BRANDY
  10. 1 -CUP BOILING WATER
  11. DASH OF NUTMEG
  12. DASH OF SALT
  13. 2 -TABLESPOONS BUTTER
  14. *******************************
  15. MIX THE SUGAR AND CORNSTARCH;
  16. ADD THE BOILING WATER AND A PINCH OF SALT AND BOIL UNTIL THICK AND CLEAR.
  17. CONTINUE COOKING OVER HOT WATER FOR 20 MINUTES.
  18. BEAT IN THE BUTTER, BRANDY AND NUTMEG.
  19. SERVE HOT OVER THE PUDDING …….
