- MIX THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS; shopping list

- 1/2 POUND BLANCES almonds shopping list

- YIELDS ABOUT 10 -( 1 POUND coffee CANS OR SMALL MOLDS). shopping list
How to make it
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND FILL IN GREASED MOLDS (OR 1 # COFFEE CANS ).STEAM 5 HOURS.
- SERVE WARM WITH BRANDY SAUCE, FLAMING!!!! ( TO FLAME !! WARM A SMALL AMT OF BRANDY ON A SPOON OVER A CANDLE FLAME.
- SLIGHTLY TILT THE SPOON UNTIL THE BRANDY IGNITES, THEN SPRINKLE OVER HOT PUDDING…. AND MAKE A WISH!!!!!!! I LIKE EXTRA SAUCE PLEASE!!!!

- 1/2 - CUP SUGAR
- 1 -TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH
- 2 -3 TABLESPOONS BRANDY
- 1 -CUP BOILING WATER
- DASH OF NUTMEG
- DASH OF SALT
- 2 -TABLESPOONS BUTTER
- *******************************
- MIX THE SUGAR AND CORNSTARCH;
- ADD THE BOILING WATER AND A PINCH OF SALT AND BOIL UNTIL THICK AND CLEAR.
- CONTINUE COOKING OVER HOT WATER FOR 20 MINUTES.
- BEAT IN THE BUTTER, BRANDY AND NUTMEG.
- SERVE HOT OVER THE PUDDING …….
