How to make it

  • LET CREAM CHEESE SOFTEN TO ROOM TEMP
  • CHOP BEEF IN FOOD PROCESSOR INTO FINE PIECES, RESERVING A HALF OF PACKAGE OF BEEF FOR OUTSIDE OF CHEESEBALL.
  • CHOP ONIONS INCLUDING SOME GREENS
  • MIX ALL TOGETHER WELL AND FORM INTO A BALL.
  • ROLL BALL IN RESERVED BEEF.
  • REFRIGERATE AND SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE CRACKERS.
