Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups of pecan halves
  • 2 TB of regular, salted butter
  • 1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Using a large microwave-proof glass bowl, add the cream and the brown sugar together.
  2. Microwave on high for 12 minutes.
  3. Remove the bowl from microwave and add the butter, vanilla and pecans.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Using a large tablespoon, drop the candy on to "Release" aluminum foil, a silicone matt or waxed paper.
  6. Let cool and eat!
