Vegetable Couscous

- 1-1/4 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 cup couscous shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup canned garbanzo beans drained shopping list
- 2 small zucchini thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Bring water to a boil then add butter, couscous, salt, pepper, beans and zucchini.
- Stir then cover and remove from heat allow to stand 5 minutes.
- Stir with a fork to fluff up before serving.
