This is a very creamy, very pretty, very tasty dip that holds up so you can make it ahead. Very impressive and never any left. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3 avocados
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 5 green onions sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 3 cups fresh tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions
  1. Mash avocados and blend in the lemon juice mixing well.
  2. Spread evenly in a bowl or on a serving plate to edges of dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy then blend in sour cream mixing well.
  4. Blend in the taco seasoning and mix well then spread over avocado layer.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over cream cheese mixture.
  6. Distribute tomatoes over cheese layer then spread green onions over tomato layer.
  7. Top with black olives then serve at room temperature.
