Aztec Pyramid Avocado Dip

This is a very creamy, very pretty, very tasty dip that holds up so you can make it ahead. Very impressive and never any left. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 3 avocados shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded shopping list
- 5 green onions sliced shopping list
- 1 cup cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 3 cups fresh tomatoes finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Mash avocados and blend in the lemon juice mixing well.
- Spread evenly in a bowl or on a serving plate to edges of dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy then blend in sour cream mixing well.
- Blend in the taco seasoning and mix well then spread over avocado layer.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over cream cheese mixture.
- Distribute tomatoes over cheese layer then spread green onions over tomato layer.
- Top with black olives then serve at room temperature.
