Almost Sorta Like Tastes Pretty Darn Close To Tgi Fridays Jack Daniels Bbq Sauce Recipe Morninlite / All my dishes

I cannot have this at the resturant without having a reaction. ( No, not ALL of the alcohol burns off in cooking... I'm proof of that.) So I went home and played around until I had it! This is a nice glaze that works well with everything.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cups Molasses
  • 2 Clove Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Large Vadalia Onion, Diced fine
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 Tasp Clove, Ground
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Cup Apple juice or Water
  • 1 stick butter

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a 3 qt sauce pan.
  2. Simmer until onion all but disapears, and sauce reduces
  3. Add more apple juice or water as needed.
