Chocolate Sauce Pudding

With a very little effort , create this stunning masterpiece that decorate your table as well as provide a delicious end to a meal .
Ingredients
- 1 C flour , 2 tbsp cocoa pwd - sifted shopping list
- 1/2 C caster sugar shopping list
- 60 g butter , melted plus some to grease the dish shopping list
- 1 egg , lightly beaten shopping list
- Topping sauce : shopping list
- 1 C milk shopping list
- 175 g baking chocolate , chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl , mix the flour with sugar .
- Then add the butter and the egg .
- Use a wooden spoon to mix .
- Pour into a greased ovenproof serving dish .
- Melt the milk with chocolate over low heat until melted .
- Pout gently over the mixture .
- Bake for 60 mins or so , until its firm to touch .
- Serve at once with icecream , cream and fresh fruit .
