Poached Chicken Breasts

- 4 skinned, boned, and halved chicken breats shopping list
- white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken breasts in saucepan which they fit comfortably.
- Add just enough white wine to cover.
- Bring to boil and immediately reduce heat so wine barely ripples.
- Simmer breasts until they are done, about 12-15 mins.
- The meat should be moist and opaque white throughout;cook only to just beyond the pink stage.
- Remove breasts with a slotted spoon and drain well.
- Cool to room temperature before shredding using 2 forks.
