Ingredients
  • 4 skinned, boned, and halved chicken breats
  • white wine

Directions
  1. Place chicken breasts in saucepan which they fit comfortably.
  2. Add just enough white wine to cover.
  3. Bring to boil and immediately reduce heat so wine barely ripples.
  4. Simmer breasts until they are done, about 12-15 mins.
  5. The meat should be moist and opaque white throughout;cook only to just beyond the pink stage.
  6. Remove breasts with a slotted spoon and drain well.
  7. Cool to room temperature before shredding using 2 forks.
