A SIMPLE TWIST ON AN OLD FAVORITE. MY SON TRIED THIS OUT WHILE WORKING AT A RESTAURANT AND HE STARTED MAKING THEM AT HOME, ADDED MY OWN TWIST TO IT, OF COURSE!

  • 1 LB PEPPER BACON
  • 6 EGGS
  • SOUR DOUGH OR TEXAS TOAST BREAD - THICKER/BIG BREAD IS BEST HERE
  • LETTUCE
  • MAYO - HELLMAN'S, OF COURSE
  • 1 LARGE TOMATO SLICED

Directions
  1. COOK THE BACON TO YOUR DESIRED DONENESS
  2. TOAST THE BREAD TO YOUR DESIRED DONENESS
  3. COOK THE EGGS TO YOUR LIKING - 2 PER SANDWICH.
  4. ASSEMBLE SANDWICH WITH REST OF INGREDIENTS. ENJOY!
  5. IF YOU CAN'T FIND PEPPER BACON, I PEPPER MY OWN WITH COURSE GROUND PEPPER AS IT'S COOKING.
  6. YOU CAN ADD YOU OWN TOUCH TO THIS, WE HAVE ADDED ONION AND CHEESE AND IT'S ALL GOOD!
