How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix together cocoa, flour, sugar, and salt (set aside)
  • In mixing bowl cream together butter, eggs, then add vanilla, and pecans
  • blend flour mixture with butter mixture by hand until completely mixed.
  • pour batter into a greased casserole dish.
  • bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  • remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over the top.
  • return cake to oven for another 10 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted.
  • remove and cool.
  • While cake cools
  • cream 1 box of confectioner's sugar, 1/3 cup of cocoa, 1 stick of butter, and 1/3 cup of milk until frosting is creamy.
  • Spread over cooled cake
  • cut into squares and serve.
  • enjoy
