This is a nice salad and a different variation on the standard chicken salad. I love it and hope you do as well. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3/4 pound chicken breast cooked
  • 6 ounces dried mixed fruit
  • 1 cup ring macaroni cooked
  • 1 cup jicama cubed
  • 2 green onion tops sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground red chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well then chill several hours before serving.
